CHRISTMAS DELIVERY & PICK UP DATES
To receive items before Christmas, please place your order by the following dates:
- Standard Shipping - Thursday 18th December
- Express Shipping - Sunday 20th December
- Local Delivery - Monday 21st December
- In Store Pick Up - Tuesday 22nd December
FREE STANDARD DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £40*
We have 3 options for receiving your online order - pickup, local delivery or post.
In Store Pick Up
Items in stock will be ready for you to collect within 1 working day of you placing your order. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for collection.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery on orders with a product value over £15 for postcodes BN20-BN24 and BN26. Deliveries will be within 3-5 working days at a cost of £3.50 or free when you spend over £40.
Please note: the local delivery option is not available when you choose to pay by ApplePay, PayPal or Google Pay.
Royal Mail Post
- Wherever possible we endeavour to send out items within 1-2 working days for orders received before midday.
- Your order is sent by Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) which can take 3-5 working days, including processing time.
- The cost for UK delivery is £3.85 or free when you spend over £40*
- For faster delivery, choose our Express option at checkout. The cost is £6.50, for delivery within 2-3 working days.
- Gift vouchers are sent free of charge by email or post.
* For over-sized orders or orders over 2kg, there will be additional postage charges.
