Refund Policy


We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but we understand that under certain circumstances you may wish to return items you’ve received from us.

 Unwanted Items

  • Please notify us by email at as soon as possible if you wish to return any items.
  • Goods must be returned in the same unused, unopened condition as you received them, and in the original undamaged packaging. All returns should be sent with an explanatory note and your order number. Please do not send any goods back without contacting us first.
  • Returned items will only be accepted if they are despatched back to us within 14 days of receipt.
  • The item is your responsibility until it is received back at our shop. We therefore recommend you send items via Royal Mail registered post, insured for the value of the goods and retain proof of postage.
  • Delivery costs to return unwanted items will be at your own expense. Once we have checked in the returned items you will receive a full refund for the items within 14 days of us receiving them. No delivery charges will be refunded.

 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive your order containing damaged goods, incorrect or missing items, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the situation as quickly as we can, either with a refund or replacement.


  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can also take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
